New Seven In Pictures: Don't Hate Me Because I'm Beautiful...

On Saturday I went to T-Mosaic and picked up my new bike. Sadly, my leg is not 100% yet and so I can't really get a full appreciation for the feel and handling. Also, the wheels I ordered arrived in the wrong color, so I will be using some less attractive loaners while I wait for the Fulcrum Racing 1 set to arrive.

My initial review is: WOW!

Here are a few photos I took Sunday around Taichung.

Here's my new bike in pictures.

Enjoy!

  2. Nice series. I especially like the eleventh pic from the bottom!

    Congratulations again on your purchase!

  3. Thanks Todd! I thought it would make a great contrast between the newness of the bike and gritty urban decay.

    Rides like a dream.

  4. absolutely gorgeous, very classy indeed! Are those Ti stem and handle bars as well? Curious to how much the bike weights as it stands. Don't go riding in the rain now!

  5. The bars and stem are alloy. They are a slightly different color, which is what I was hoping for. I wanted to paint with metals.

The bike as it stands is 8kg, but it will be around 7.5kg with the new wheels.

Not a featherweight, but that was never a major concern.

Rain? Eh! Bikes are for riding.

I will still have the "B" bike... oh... wait! I haven't released that yet. Maybe this week.

  6. Hi
what's the cost for this bike?

  7. I think I spent NT 140,000 for the frame and the whole bike was NT 240,000. The price hurts in the beginning, but with so many great products it becomes irrelevant after a while. :)
